1. Free Trial — Evaluate Before You Pay
WorkFlowHQ offers a 21-day free trial on all plans. During the trial period, you have full, unrestricted access to every feature. No payment is charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being billed.
2. No-Refund Policy
Because every new account receives a 21-day free trial to evaluate the platform, all payments made after the trial period are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is processed — whether for subscription, reactivation, or restoration — no refund will be issued.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Tenant Portal. Access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. No pro-rata or partial refunds are issued for unused days or seats.
4. Billing Disputes & Unauthorized Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a credit if an error occurred on our end.
Warning on Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your credit card issuer or bank without contacting WorkFlowHQ first constitutes a breach of these terms. Unjustified chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and referral to legal collection agencies for recovery of unpaid fees and dispute charges.
