1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines prohibited activities on WorkFlowHQ. It applies to all tenant administrators, staff, and portal users. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
2. Security & Platform Integrity
Users must not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or tenant isolation boundaries.
- Probe or vulnerability-test the platform without prior authorization (reports to: [email protected]).
- Introduce malware, viruses, ransomware, or malicious code.
3. Messaging & Anti-Spam (US Compliance)
Users must not use the Service to send spam, phishing, or commercial emails in violation of the US CAN-SPAM Act or applicable state laws. Spoofing email headers or misrepresenting sender identities is strictly prohibited.
4. Reporting Violations & Enforcement
Report suspected AUP violations to [email protected]. WorkFlowHQ reserves the right to issue warnings, throttle API access, or suspend tenants who violate this policy.
